It’s 2015, people! That means women can be Ghostbusters, superheroes, and major Star Wars heroines in movies. The next cinematic franchise to get a healthy shot of feminism, it seems, will be Men in Black as its producer promises to give audiences a “Woman in Black” in the fourth film. Misogynists to the left.

“There will be a prominent woman in black in the fourth [film],” Laurie MacDonald, who produced all the Men in Black films, toldBBC’s Newsbeat. Her producer husband, Walter Parkes, said they see the first three films as their own trilogy. “Now we’re looking at a reinvention. But it’s a wonderful world to get back into.”

We’ve seen the “Woman in Black” in previous films, it’s true. Linda Fiorentino became one at the end of the first film, while Emma Thompson played Agent O in Men in Black 3. However, they all played second or even fourth fiddle to Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

Other than this news the future of the Men in Black series is a bit fuzzy—the Sony hack revealed hopes for a crossover between the Men in Black/21 Jump Street universes, and that plan is going forward to some degree, even though it’s unclear if Will Smith will return for a fourth film. (Parkes says to “never count Will out.”) So while we wait for details, let’s start dream-casting the next alien-tracking agent. Fingers crossed that she doesn’t end up being a love interest or a meanie rival for Agent J.
