  1. Lightly coat sausages in oil and Add to a skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until they reach an internal temperature of 140 degrees. Remove sausage and keep skillet on heat.
  3. Place rolls in skillet, Toast both sides lightly. Remove from skillet and carefully cut the warm rolls in half, keeping them attached.
  4. Slice sausage in half keeping them attached. Place sausage in bread rolls and spoon chimichurri on top.
  5. For outdoor cooking, follow this same recipe with grill and remove sausage at 140 degree internal temperature.
