Ice-skating champ Evan Lysacek mingles with designer pal Vera Wang at a party for Dom Perignon’s tribute to Andy Warhol on Thursday (September 16) at NYC’s Villa Pacri.

The twosome rubbed shoulders with Evan Rachel Wood (not pictured), Gossip Girl‘s Jessica Szohr, Moulin Rouge director Baz Luhrmann, rapper Swizz Beatz, interior designer Thom Filicia, Feralcat Productions’ Liz Vap, and DP’s PR director Nicole Ruvo.

Yesterday was Oprah‘s Ultimate Wildest Dreams show, making peoples wildest dreams come true. Vera gave wedding dresses and honeymoon vacations to all of the brides-to-be in the audience. Everyone went nut for the White by Vera Wang Collection for David’s Bridal, launching in Spring 2011, all priced between $600 – $1,500. More info on Oprah.com!

In the same episode, gourmet food company Harry & David made dreams come true for two women by producing and distributing their homemade chicken pot pies. They looked delicious and got the Oprah stamp of approval!

Olympic figure skater Evan Lysacek is honored in his hometown of Naperville, Illinois and presented with the key to the city at Millennium Carillon at Rotary Hill on Friday (March 26).

Naperville was proud to announce March 26 as “Evan Lysacek Day!”

The 24-year-old figure skater recently received a tweet from Dancing With the Stars‘ Cheryl Burke and suggested that he join the show. “I would love to try Dancing With the Stars,” he told EW in an email.

“I was a proud audience member (and cheerleader) as my friends Kristi Yamaguchi and Apolo Ohno danced their way to the mirrorball trophy,” Evan said. “All I have heard from everyone that has done the show is what a blast it is. That could be a good way for me to do something extremely challenging, but also fun to celebrate my Olympic win.”

Earlier today, it was reported that Olympics champs Evan Lysacek and Nastia Liukin were dating.

Not true, says figure skater Evan.

Over the weekend at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Evan insisted, “I’m single. I haven’t had any time for dating while I’m training. I’m lonely.”

On rumors he is dating gymnast Nastia, he tells ET, “We are very close friends and she’s been such an inspiration. I ask her advice. I’m honored to have her here.”

Figure skater Evan Lysacek took home the gold medal on Thursday (February 18) at the 2010 Winter Olympics at Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The 24-year-old wore a creation by designer Vera Wang, who’s a former figure skater herself. She created five outfits for Evan, 24, to wear at the Olympics, according to CBS. In the past, Vera has designed costumes for Nancy Kerrigan and Michelle Kwan.

Evan beat out Russia’s Evgeni Plushenko, who repeatedly has argued that Evan‘s Olympic victory is the first without a quad jump since 1994.
