She swept her brunette hair up into a ponytail and added several gold necklaces, while sporting a pair of round sunglasses.

Freddie and Natalie lounged on deckchairs and tucked into a spot of lunch before the Swedish winger cooled off by taking a dip in the ocean.

The couple met in 2007 when Freddie was playing for West Ham and they went on to tie the knot in June 2014 at London's Natural History Museum.

They are the proud parents of daughter Aria-Billie and a son who was born in January 2015.

Natalie is the daughter of London taxi tycoon Daryl Foster and also supports Tottenham Hotspur, the bitter rivals of Freddie's old club Arsenal.

Freddie joined Arsenal in September 1998 and famously sported a mohican among a number of extravagant hairstyles as well as well as fronting a worldwide campaign for Calvin Klein.

He became a firm fan favourite and in 326 appearances, he won five major trophies and was part of their all-conquering Invincibles side of 2004.

After the 2006 World Cup, Freddie was made captain of the Sweden national team before he left in 2008 after winning 75 caps for Sweden and scoring 14 goals.

He took a brief break from football in February 2012, considering himself retired, but towards the end of the 2012-13 season, he was back at Arsenal, who appointed him as an ambassador.

At the time, Freddie said: 'The club has a special place in my heart.'

In September 2014 however, he was lacing his boots up once more and at 37, he came out of retirement to sign a short-term deal with Mumbai City.

Three months and only four appearances later, injuries ended his playing career for good and 13 months later he took his first step into coaching, joining Arsenal's Under 15 set-up.

Freddie was announced as interim head coach of Arsenal in November 2019 following the dismissal of Unai Emery.

He then became the first team assistant coach before departing in August 2020 to progress his management experience.
