Rock On! Katy Perry and Avril Lavigne's California Homes For Sale
Pop princess Katy Perry (and husband Russell Brand) and teenage phenom Avril Lavigne both put their California cribs up for sale this week.

Lavigne and ex-husband, Sum 41 front man Deryck Whibley have listed their Bel Air mansion for $9.5 million. The Southern California mansion is a sprawling 12,184 sq. feet and includes 8 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. The house has a reality-show pedigree. Lavigne and Whibley bought it from another punk rocker, former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his now ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The home was featured in the TV show, Meet the Barkers.
The gorgeous Mediterranean-style house features a wine cellar, a 10-car garage (!), and a gym with a sauna. There is also a covered outdoor living room the opens up to the swimming pool, jacuzzi,and BBQ.
Katy Perry's "California Gurl" home:
Newlyweds Katy Perry and Russell Brand have also listed Perry's house, a 1922 Mediterranean-style home in Los Feliz, California, on the market for $3.395 million. Their four bedroom, five bathroom home is over 4,700 sq. feet and features a pool along with stellar views of the Los Angeles city skyline. Additionally, Perry reportedly converted the three-car garage into one giant closet for her wardrobe.
