Was the Weimar Republic really that bad?

 

When you hear about the Weimar Republic, it'll likely be under one of two themes: bad governing, or hyper inflation. But what if we told you there was more to the story than wheelbarrows full of worthless currency?

Today we explore some counter arguments about the Weimar Republic. Was the Treaty of Versailles that bad? How good of a job did the new Republic do with managing hyperinflation?
