Niecy Nash Says She’s Opening a Hair Shop & I'm Determined to Be the First Client

She might be joking, but I need her to take my money right now.

Niecy Nash is a woman of many talents. She's a great actor, a hilarious person, and now seemingly a hairstylist. The Never Have I Ever star recently installed a curly wig on her youngest daughter, Dia La Ren Nash, and I need to know when she is dropping her booking link.

Niecy posted the video to her Instagram page on June 3 with the caption, “It’s official. I’m opening up my shop! Or at least getting a chair somewhere 🤪 I’m too nice wit it‼️ (using @mielleorganics to get the curls poppin) #Ilovehair #naturalLookingInstall #kitchenbeautician @dialarennash." Now at first, you might think you are seeing double spotting Niecy and Dia because they could practically be twins.

Nash started the styling process by sectioning off the front of Dia's hair, including a longer section in the middle that extended to her crown. Then, she blow-dried the rest of Dia's hair before cornrowing it. After that, she attached the curly extensions. No glue, gel, or hairspray was used for this wig install since the textured extensions came with hair clips.

Once the unit was on, she worked on Dia's leave-out by applying a Mielle Organics cream product — though she didn't show the name, I’m pretty sure it's the Moisture RX Hawaiian Ginger Moisturizing Hair Butter. The hair butter helped bring out Dia's own curl pattern so it could blend in seamlessly with the extensions.

While I'm still over here trying to sharpen my wig-applying skills, Niecy is making it look like a walk in the park. So best believe when her appointment booking link drops, I'll be the first to sign up.
