Avril Lavigne and her ex Deryck Whilbley are selling a part of their past — their Los Angeles mansion.
The two have put up their former home for sale. It features eight bedrooms and ten and a half bathrooms along with a 10-car garage.
The two originally purchased the Bel Air house back in 2007 from Travis Barker. Unfortunately, Lavigne filed for divorce in 2009 and now the house is up for sale.
The home is over 12,000 square feet on over half an acre of land and also features a gym with sauna and a wine cellar.
As for the asking price, that’s currently at $9.5 million.
Good luck trying to sell it in this economy.
