After distancing herself from the entertainment world to focus on her partner Luis Miguel and their son Miguelito, Aracely Arámbula had said that she was anxious to get back to the small screen. And according to Mexican website Quien.com, the 32-year-old actress is doing just that after landing a role in the new Salvador Mejía soap opera Fuego en la sangre.

The web page reports that Arámbula signed a contract with Televisa to join the cast of the Mexican telenovela, which stars Adela Noriega, along with Eduardo Yáñez and Diana Bracho. The show premiered in Mexico on Jan. 21 on Canal de las Estrellas. It's still not known what Arámbula's role will be.

Last year, the actress announced that she planned to host the Telemundo show Todobebé in 2008. She expressed at that time that sharing mommyhood in front of the cameras would be the best way to return to television. And now it looks like she'll be making her return in the soap world as well.

Lately there have been lots of rumors regarding the actress's supposed distancing from Luismi, but the only sure thing is that Arámbula has begun to focus more attention on her career.
