Art2Relax classes are creative self-care opportunities for caregivers of someone with Dementia.  Join us for a learning and art-making workshop that focuses on the benefits of creative arts engagement in dementia care.  No art background needed!

De-stress by creating a canvas inspired by Jackson Pollock's action painting. Get reaady to have fun flinging, splattering and dripping paint - making a mess is required!  Trained facilitators will provide guidance.  

Participants will leave with a completed art piece.
