- My name is Elwyn Davidson (Mr. E) and I will be joining the Soaring Heights team this year as a Campus Supervisor. I have been with SVVSD for the past 8 years as a Special Education Para at Red Hawk Elementary School. I am looking forward to being a part of the Soaring Heights K-8 team. During my free-time I enjoy lifting weights and working out. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and work with a lot of local athletes during the summer months to help them reach their athletic potential. I also go by the name Coach E. Ever since the late 80’s I have been a coach in some capacity in either basketball, football, soccer, or most recently track and field (Soaring Heights). Currently I am the Head Boys Basketball Coach at The Dawson School in Lafayette and will be starting my first year as an Assistant Football Coach for the Erie Tigers High School Football Team. My coaching duties keep me busy, and I enjoy every second of it. GO TIGERS! My favorite quote is: “Success is not OWNED. It is LEASED. And the RENT is DUE EVERY SINGLE DAY.” My wife Nicole and I live in Erie with our two boys Tytan, who will be a Freshman at Erie High School and Kayne, who will be in the 8th grade at Soaring Heights K-8.
