My aim is to help couples who are considering marriage or are newly married in forging life-long bonds that can withstand the test of time. I practice Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, an evidence-based practice that works by helping couples develop the ability to cut through the conflict and attune to their partner’s emotional needs.
As a social justice-oriented therapist, I hope to help you and your partner fall back in love and become allies as you navigate cultural and power dynamics. By strengthening the bond between you and your partner through emotional communication, you will be able to overcome any obstacle that finds itself in front of you.
