Chad Johnson, the former All-Pro wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals, and TV personality Kay Adams, who hosted "Good Morning Football" on the NFL Network, will be the guests on "ManningCast" on Monday when the Jaguars play host to his old team at EverBank Stadium (8:15 p.m., ESPN).

Formerly known as "Ochocinco" (Spanish for his uniform number, 85), Johnson caught 766 passes for 11,059 yards and 67 touchdowns during an 11-year NFL career. He made the Pro Bowl six times and was a first-team All-Pro three times.

Johnson, flamboyant and exuberant as a player, actually legally changed his name to Ochocino in 2008. He changed it back in 2012.

Adams hosted Good Morning Football from 2016-2022 and now works for FanDuel TV. She also has worked on boxing broadcasts.

ManningCast is an Emmy-Award-winning show where Super Bowl-winning quarterbacks Peyton and Eli Manning provide commentary on the NFL's Monday Night Football game on ESPN2 in a simulcast with the ESPN broadcast.

The brothers usually invite guests to give a running analysis of the game as it's being played -- or any other subject that comes to mind.

Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence appeared on the show on Nov. 6. He was the first active NFL player to appear on ManningCast this season. Aaron Rodgers was on the show earlier this season but he's on the Jets' injured list.

Others to appear on the show this season have been former NFL quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, NBA star Klay Thompson, tennis legend John McEnroe, talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel and actors Will Ferrell and Tiffany Haddish.

Guests in the first two years included former President Barack Obama, former U.S. Defense Secretary Condoleezza Rice, Tom Brady, the Rock, Lebron James and Jon Stewart.

Chad Johnson known for celebrations

Johnson has been one of the most active retired NFL football players since he last played in 2011. He is active on social media and reality TV (he was a guest on "Dancing with the Stars" for example) and has dabbled in other sports such as soccer, bullriding and boxing.

Johnson is currently the cohost of Nightcap, a podcast he hosts with Shannon Sharpe, part of The Volume and Shay Shay Media. In November the show had 1.2 million downloads, 25 million YouTube Views and 61 million social views.

During his playing career, he also was noted for the variety of end-zone celebrations after scoring touchdowns. It was even the subject of an ESPN SportsCenter commercial.

Johnson played against the Jaguars four times but the Jags defense always seemed to have his number. He had modest totals of 18 receptions for 222 yards and three touchdowns, and his Bengals teams were 1-3 in those games.

Johnson famously kept a list in 2005 of NFL defensive backs who covered him and how they performed. When the Jaguars beat the Bengals 23-20 that season and held Johnson to five catches for 52 yards, he said after the game that he would not give the Jags secondary, led by cornerback Rashean Mathis, a high grade because they double-teamed him.

There will be a third guest on ManningCast announced on Monday. It is not known at what point in the game Johnson or Adams will appear but guests in the past have been with the Manning brothers for at least one quarter.

The Jaguars are playing their first Monday Night game in 12 years.
