Kate Gosselin and her brood are headed back to TV. The reality mom, who just got booted from ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” will be back on TLC with a new series of specials called “Kate Plus 8.” The Gosselins’ show got the green light after the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry gave the OK for the kids to appear on the boob tube, despite the objections of their dad, Jon Gosselin . “They have filed the necessary paperwork to have the children participate in ‘Kate Plus 8,’ ” department spokesman Troy Thompson told E! News, adding that the network will have to refile for permission to use the kids every six months. The new series follows the TV mom and her kids’ new reality after the breakup of the Gosselins’ marriage. Jon is not invited to participate. Kate is also set to begin shooting “Twist of Kate,” where she will profile other families facing various challenges.
