About this game

Tower of Hanoi is a mathematical game that consists of a base containing three pegs, on one of which some disks are placed on top of each other, in ascending order of diameter, from top to bottom.

Objective: Move all disks from one peg to the other

Rule: A larger disk can never be on top of a smaller disk. Only move one piece at a time.

The number of discs can vary with the simplest containing only three.

SOURCE
The puzzle was invented by French mathematician Édouard Lucas. He was inspired by a legend to build the Towers of Hanoi game in 1883. His name was inspired by the symbol tower of the city of Hanoi, Vietnam.
