Here We Go Again is the second studio album by American singer Demi Lovato, released on July 21, 2009, via Hollywood Records. Unlike their previous album, Don’t Forget (2008), the album derives from the pop-rock genre, mixed with power-pop/jazz/soul influences. The album topped the Billboard 200 chart. A European edition of the album was released on October 16, 2009.
The album spawned two singles: the title track and “Remember December”.

What did Demi Lovato say about the album during its recording process?
‘I’m actually recording… well, writing the album right now. It’s going to take a different sound, so hopefully it goes over well,’ she said. ‘I sing a lot of rock, but this time I want to do more John Mayer-ish type of songs. Hopefully I can write with people like him. I love their music — it would be amazing.’
