It was battle of the baby bumps at the "Take This Waltz" premiere, as both director Sarah Polley and actress Jennifer Podemski sported rounder bellies to the Toronto International Film Festival.

While both covered up in black dresses at the Roy Thomson Hall event, Podemski looked further along than the Polley, who is three-and-a-half months pregnant. Polley rocked a loose-fitting black dress on the red carpet, revealing a tiny baby bump photogs were excited to snap.

Fans were on the lookout for Polley's pregnancy at the premiere, as the Canuck recently announced her happy news. It's certainly a year of good news for Polley, who not only has a new film and baby on the way; she's also married! The Torontonian tied-the-knot with PhD law student David Sandomierski a few weeks ago.
Polley's new flick, "Take This Waltz," stars Michelle Williams as a married woman torn between her husband (Seth Rogen) and neighbour (Luke Kirby). Polley's last directorial piece was 2006's "Away From Her," which garnered the star an Oscar nom for best adapted screenplay.
